Can i walk without physiotherapy

2018-06-10 00:34:18
I had my left leg, 3rd toe operated. The sutures were removed after 4 weeks & so was the plaster. And the bone fracture has healed. Doc advised to start walking. I feel my ankle has turned a little stiff since I did not walk even a bit in 4 weeks. Can I start walking using my left leg without the help of a physiotherapist? (I have been walking only with my right leg using a walker) Or should I consult one? Thank you.
