I went through medical abortion last month( 7th june), and today while having sex precaution failed, shall i take unwanted 72 to avoid pregnanacy.

Chances of pregnancy is always there with unprotected intercourse ..please consult gynac for low dose effective contraception... As emergency pill are not mean for regular contraception...
