Can I take tablet sevelamer carbonate 400mg if I was not on dialysis. My kidney parameter are high , urea 174 Cretaine 4.4

It all depends on overall clinical condition and so many other parameters not clear in your description. It is advised not to take any medicine without proper prescription from your clinician/nephrologist
