I have two Child. Boths born was by cesarean. Second child date of birth 31-01-2015. Now my LMP is 28-10-2016. But today my Pregnancy test become +be. So I Want keep my Pregnancy .please advise M me.

You can go ahead with this pregnancy, have a planned caesarean at 38 weeks and plan concurrent sterilization with caesarean. If you don't want another baby go ahead with termination and do sterilisation at the same time
