Yesterday I was changing tyre of my bike. The tyre was dry and no visible sign of wetness was there. After that I wash my hand three to four time with soap. Then I put some ointment on my wound(I already have a wound on my leg). I want to know that is there any risk of rabies for me? because dog usually piss on random bike tyres and sometimes chew them too. I have heard that getting dogs fresh saliva in an open wound is dangerous But in my case the tyre was dry and no sign of saliva or  dog urine and no sign of chewing was there and I washed my hands three to four time before putting ointment on my wound I have also heard that if the saliva and urine is dried  up then it's not infectious for humans and washing it with soap it can easily be killed. Do I need to take vaccine? I'm really worried plz help me
