I am covid+...can my cat gets sick from me too? Please suggest as I still feed them although I take precautions. If yes how can I keep them safe?

Yes. Several big cats like Tigers lions got positive .Though severity is not known. Thus better to mask yourself using a Triple layer surgical or N95 mask while become close to them.  Do regular hand washing.
