Can being locked up for 6 month..

Sir/maam Due to Covid and the followed lockdown I have never been out of my home. I order the groceries and everything at home and have zero contact with anyone from outside. My family members are also indoor, I am working from home. Being locked up in general for 6 month can cause any other ailment, in general? Please let me know and also give suggestions whether we should go out or not; because cases in my area are anyway rising. If I have to go out in emergency; I fear of messing up with things

Hello.. Relax.. It is not only you.. Lot of people are spending majority of their time inside these days.. Make sure you find time for exercise like walking, stretching etc, eat healthy.. Stay positive.. this too will be over.. Make sure you get exposure to sun atleast 10-15 mts a day or it will be a good idea to take low dose vit D.. If you have to go out wear a good quality mask (proper covering of your nose and mouth) and maintain social distancing. Wash your hands properly and keep a hand sanitizer with you when you go out. Thanks
