Can antibiotic affect pregnancy test

My wife got urinary infection and doctor prescribed high dose antibiotics. We were also planning for baby. Now she has missed her period and its 35 days since previous. Did HCG test and it shows one dark line and one very very faint line. Confused both of us.

No it won’t effect Secondly its seems to be positive do a serum b hcg test twice at an interval of 48 hrs Congrats
