Hello....  Yes,  even diabetes is most common  complication associated with end stages kidney disease..  In case of MPGN kidney  transplant is not useful..  Now laws are made strict..  Doc wil  perform HLA +typing if it matches kidney can be transplanted.  10 to 15 year  survival  rate with kidney transplant.
