Hi there. Am Dr SATYA KIRAN,  ENT Surgeon from Hyderabad. In between the two nostrils of nose we have some partition called nasal septum. In ur case it might be deviated, which is called deviated nasal septum (DNS). It might be showing symptoms as the facial skeleton stops growing after 17-23 years. So u need an ENT doctor consultation after which u might be required to undergo CT scan of PNS to confirm. Later need surgery called septoplasty which can be done from interior of nose without any external cuts.
