I have right VUJ calculus measuring 8mm with mild backpressure changes. Kindly suggest treatment modalities. Is it possible to get managed by medicines ?

Meet urologist at ur local place Can try out medications for a week provided u have bearable pain and no fever If pain gets severe u may need endoscopic removal

U need to see a urologist physically as the stone size seems big. Further more info regarding History and examination needed. More Investigations needed as well
