Hi Greetings to all, I am planning to go in a course of calcium supplements to improve my tooth health and bones in general. I seek your help to know in actuality how much they are effective and what are its side effect. Thanks in advance

Well you can take calcium supplements for bones every alternate day,but they are not going to help you in dental aspect.

Sir it 'll definitely help your bones but not your teeth.Calcium supplements do not help for teeth in age of 27.It has to be consumed by the mother of the baby in pregnancy and baby supplements in age of 1 year to 6 years it helps.Thank you.
