Calcium after c section delivery

I have c section due to preeclampsia on 11th March 2020. During pregnancy I have been prescribed triple a cal after that also I have been taking same tablets. But for the past month it seems shortage of same medicine I haven't found it anywhere. What will be substitute for the same medicine? Do suggest calcium tablets options.
