Calcimax is not indicated in newborn routinely. Only vitamin d 400 units per day is recommended till 1 year of age. If you want to give Calcimax it is 5ml per day (2.5ml two times). Little vomiting after breastfeeding is normal and nothing to worry about. Your diet is not affecting the baby. Take home cooked fresh foods only. Crankiness is due to colic. Give colic drops like colicaid 5 drops as needed upto 3 times a day.

You can give if syrup 2. 5 ml per day for the new born Gently do burping for the baby after each feed by placing the baby on your shoulder and gently patting the back for about 10 minutes This relieves the baby from excess swallowing of air along with breast feeds The baby will be alright after 4 months of age , be relaxed
