Calcified granuloma in left frontal lobe

My mother was diagnosed with brain tuberculoma. She has been taking a TB drugs for last 2 years. But there has been no sognificant change in the ct scan for the last 7 months. It shows Calcified node in left frontal lobe. What should be done

Unless both the interval scans are actually seen, it is difficult to opine. Calcified granulomas usually are inactive, they don't change over a period of time. You can upload both the images of previous and recent scan, preferably on a direct Consult.
