CA-125 (64 units) at age 26 is diagnosed, but in the sonography, nothing is detected. So do we need to go for some other tests as well or how we can diagnose it?

Why was CA 125 done..?levels can be slightly fluctuating and if USG is normal then can be followed up closely..consult your gynaecologist proper evaluation
