You have a slipped disc in the neck causing pressure on the nerve going to your right arm, thus explaining your symptoms.Please see a neurosurgeon, who will start you on the right medication since you have severe pain right now. Once the pain is controlled, start physiotherapy and neck strengthening exercises.In the rare case, if you have weakness of arm or unremitting pain then surgery will be a good option.
