C.T. findings 1.Osteopanic bones with marginal osteophytes at multiple vertebrae suggestive of degenerative changes 2.C2 and C3 block vertebrae 3.Diffuse disc bulge at C3/4,C5/6,C6/7 levels causing thecal sac and bilateral neutral exit foraminal compression exaggerated by posterior marginal osteophytes.

Please convey the exact complaints, as we need to treat you not the CT. CT may be showing lots of thing few anatomical variants and other degenerative conditions with effects on nerves.
