By pass and valve replace

Hello Doctor, I would like to get opinion for my aunt, as per her 2d echo test results valve is working only 40% and also got the 3 blockages , 90%, 80% and 70%. Doctor is saying by pass and valve replacement is high risk, i need a suggestion whether we should go for operation or not. By the way she is admitted to Nair hospital Mumbai. Thanks for your help in advance
