I always feel a buzzing sound in my right ear so I feel not comfortable pls help me out from my problem , I don't no what should I do?

Hello.. Well the common causes of buzzing in ears is due to accidental entry of water, wax, foreign body...apart from that bppv I.e vertigo is also te important cause for it..so I would suggest you to meet an ENT specialist..thank you
