Buzzing and heating feeling in feet

I used to get panic attacks frequented with dizziness loss of vision and buzzing of feet. I still have a little anxiety and i frequently feel a buzzing sensation in my feet but since a few days I feel my feet get really heated and it goes away instantly i am really worries.Sometimes i feel a slight pain in my left arm
