From last five year I have face problem with my buttock sinus issue As per some Dr. Suggest me do the surgery of buutuk it is permanent solution Pls advice what I have do with my problems

Hello..... I think you have pilonidal sinuses.. Surgeon advise you to undergo surgery because recurrence is common .. So it has to be completely incised and abscess to be drained.. You will be put on antibiotics for a week or so... Regular dressing is required ... Go as per doctor advice.
