Belching and respiration issue for last 1year. Someday her belching and respiration issue becomes so much that she got awake from bed after struggle in respiration . She has to blech so that she got her proper respiration back. Please tell what is the actual problem.

Keep extra pillow n.raise the head end level..in case of gastric reflux it ll help.. Avoid spicy n oily foods.. n take dinner 2 hrs atleast before gng to bed
