Burning sensation on the upper back and lower back pain as the day progresses. Tested all possible tests but nothing came out alarming, except my HDL 28 which is on undesirable range less than 40. LFT everything normal with a starting stage of fatty lever, Ultra sound normal, hepatitis b, c and hiv nonreactive, xray LS view normal, cbc red blood cells count was more slightly higher than the normal range but the gp said that shouldn't be a worry as other things seems to be fine. Please suggest wt would be thnie cause of my problem and to whom should i consult for this to get the best treatment Thanks in advance
