Let me know the causation of your condition..size of the lesion...is it after any insect bites...if tingling burning sensation is ameliorated by using cold water may take Apis mellifica 30/2D or if the sensation of the part is ameliorated by using Warmth then may take Rhus toxicodendron 30/2D...do not use any cosmetics or hard soap over the part...may use olive oil or pure Coconut oil over the part...
