Hi, I have been having this terrible burning sensation while urinating. The area around my vulva is swollen. Its hard for me to sit. I am getting a white discharge with false odor. Please help.

You have Urinary tract infection along with vaginal infection. Get an Urinalysis done before starting medicines.. Drink plenty of water.. T. Nifutin 100 mg twice a days for 7 days T. Pan 20 twice a day for 7 days Syrup. KCIT 2 teaspoonful in half glass of water
