Burning sensation while urinating

Hi. My mom is experiencing sever burning sensation while urinating since a month. I have visited Many docs but no solution yet. She feels like vomiting too and unable to eat anything. 10 days back when I did creatinine and urea ratio test the readings are Microalbumin random urine >3800 mg/l and creatinine urine random is 77 and albumin creatinine Ratio is >4935.06
