Burning sensation while urinating

Hello, since yesterday evening I had a slight fever(99.6F). After a few hours there was a constant urge to urinate along with a burning sensation. Today morning the fever is 100F and I also noticed the urine to be pink in colour.Please let me know what the issue is and ways to resolve it.Is it anything serious to be worried about.

It’s a urine infection. Need to do Urine r/m, culture and USG KUB with PVR . Need to start antibiotics, alpha blocker and Tab Urispas 200mg three times a day. So consult a uroflo with reports for proper treatment.
