Burning Sensation while peeing

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I get UTI problem after every 6 months since 2017.If I will not take any antibiotics then it will go in 7 days but I don't know why this UTI problem occurs after every 6 months.please suggest me any solution.Do I have any disease?
