I feel burning sensation but no pain in tip of my penis (not the whole tip), especially when touches the underwear. I have no pain when urinate I applied butter-cacao cream, almost the feeling gone. The problem when I tried to read about this in internet, it was horrible disease related to this part of the body, which make me worry a lot. Should I do any kind of medical inspection or urinate tests, or to take any kind of medicine. Is this feeling is a sign of a bigger problem? Thanks a lot
