Burning sensation in penis.

Two days back i have frequent urination in every half an hours. But after taking metronidazole from 2 days its improving but past i have some bladder pain with inflammation. My urine test report is normal but i did not do a urine culture test. Inside of penis like a burning sensation. Is any problem occurs ?
