I have did the intercourse last night for about 30 minutes and after two hours of sleep i suddenly woke from sleep and an extreme burning sensation started in my penis after peeing although the burning sensation reduced after sometime but the feeling of burning sensation is not going since then

With whom u performed intercourse. With ur wife or partner? If it subside after some time, no treatment required, if it  continues, better to consult a dermatologist.
