Burning sensation in left arm and chest

I am feeling a weird nerve pinch and burn like sensation on my left arm and chest. Especially when i go to sleep or wake up. Not sure which doctor to consult. Got ecg and 2D echo done with family doctor consultation reports are normal

Likely non- cardiac. May be anxiety related.
