Burning sensation in foot

I am having burning sensation in my foot sole. Specially at night. I also feel it's little puffy but it's not swollen at all. Also many time after washing my foot at night I feel it's little sticky. Please suggest what to do. I think I am also going thru depression these days. Plz help what can be done for this too. Thanks.
