May be due to gastritis....try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep...you can take pantaprazole 40 mg to reduce symptoms... Consult physician once they will guide you further.

Stress and bad food habits are the most likely causes for your blood pressure and gastritis. You should consult physician/cardiologist for control of hypertension. Also modify your lifestyle, walk daily,  decrease the stress,  have adequate sleep For the food, keep a regular timings for food and also avoid spicy food,  carbonated beverages. No added salt If symptoms still persist visit a Gastroenterologist
