Burning sensation back

Hi, I am having burning sensation pain in my complete back side. Any idea why? MRI reports are normal

Small fibre neuropathy is not detected on MRI. nerve root compression is visible on MRI and disc disease which can cause burning or paraesthesia in lower back depending on the dermatomal distribution.
