I feel burning sensation after urination from last month I took flovoxat bd for three days levofloxin 500 for three days velfu 3 three days and colo cd schets but no relief my urine examination is normal usg shiws thickness of urinary wall 5mm reports enclosed kindly suggest

Your symptoms are like urinary infection. A 3 day course of antibiotics in such a situation looks insufficient to me. Therefore it could be a case of recurrent UTI. Get a fresh urine routine, culture and uroflowmetry done before taking any new medication
