I am suffering from low back pain,fatigue,burning while urine,loss of appetite,I have attached my reports ,kindly suggest what is it and what has to be done.even my vitamin d level is 7 is this anything related to it and burning feet also from past 6 months.

The problems mentioned and seeing reports of urine and usg all your problems due to small renal stone I advise urine culture and sensitivity mean while u continue with plenty of water and uriliser if pain persists take meftal spas 1/2 tab bd for 5days and urispas 1tab sos if burning urine take lumia 60k 1tab weekly for 3 months Tab neurokind forte 1 daily for 15days
