My wife60 years old has burning sensation at the external urethral orifice .since 30 years. It starts anytime. Not related to urination. Lasts for few minutes to few hours& subsides gradually. Urinalysis &culture done many times is normal.she has been seen by gynaecologist &general. Surgeon with no specific diagnosis &no permanent relief. Dr. .
