Hi you may be suffering from Fissure ( a cut in anal opening, generally happens if you pass a hard stool. The syrup cremaffin plus 20 ml at night. Apply Diltigesic 2% ointment at motion area 3 tines a day after passing stool.  Retort after 1 week about your progress.
