I have burning after urination,pain in rectum (sometimes),pre cum leaks sometimes(once in two or one day) without any sexual arousal some time pain at the back of the testicles,sometimes testicles feels colder than body temperature and pain in the lower backand i m facing this problem from past 7 months I had done doppler , usg of testicles, urineanalysis, uroflometry ,All the tests are normal but  lower back x-ray reveals spasm
