4 year chilld burn skin between anus & penis by hot tea.skin removed & one big blister on bump.treatment given is Silver nitrate gel 0.2%w/w thrice appkied,Taxim o syrup twice & ibuprofen & paracitimol suspension given trice in a day.today is 3 rd day.
