My left feet toe is bending to the left. It is not very hurtful but there is a throbing pain when walking at times. I dont want to get a surgery for this. What to do?
Use toe spacers along with bunion gel pads to avoid friction.
Keep skin over bunion moist and soft.
Wear footwear with wide toe box.
