Bumpy, itchy nodules on finger pad

About 4-5 days ago, I noticed the finger pad of the pointing finger of my left hand felt weird the touch; like the skin was lumpy and hardened. On closer inspection it looks like spots under the skin where it's lumpy and hard. It doesn't hurt nor is it sensitive, but it does tingle and itch a little bit. I'm a bit concerned. I can take a picture if
