This could be Sebaceous gland hyperplasia or also could be Rhinophyma. They can be taken care with Lasers or Electrocautery. These can occur commonly with acne or during the progression of acne. If unattended can lead to disfigurement over a period of time.  Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
