I have tiny bumps on my forehead and cheeks ,also i scaly skin near my mouth and cheeks more than a 10 days.It happened suddenly after exposure to Chennai more humidity place.what is the solution to get rid of bumps and scaly skin?i m applying moisturizer then also my skin becomes dry and peeling out automatically.please suggest me some solution
