Bumps near ear lobe

Hi I am suffering from some problems there are some nodes or bump developed near ear lobe this problem i m facing last two years but not getting permanent solution. Now one nodule developed and because like cyst and inflammation is there sometime it's painful sometimes not. please help me out, do I need to go through surgical procedure.
