Bumps and lumps

I have developed three or four very small bumps below the skin over last one year. One is on the upper arm, another behind the leg below knee joint and third close to groin area. They are not visible but I can feel them about the size of a pea. They are painless. Kindly advise if they could be cancerous.

Any new onset lump should be evaluated to understand its nature. Please confirm on advise for appropriate tests
