I found white bump or lump on retromuoar trigone area its paining when eat something Pls find attached pic Advice me what is this Almost 3 week pass I am worried is this cancer???

U must meet a surgical oncologist for evaluation and further management.  Difficult to judge by picture Whole oral cavity and neck examination has to be done
