I have a dry bump like spot on my calf. It had firm and I have cut it recently when shaving my legs. Not sure how long I have had it I just thought left it thinking it would go away but recently a friend told me it may be cancer or an sti. I haven't had sex in over 4 years and am sure I didn't have the lump then but now I'm worried.
